Frequently asked questions

You can upload single or multiple images and enter engraving text on the customization page. You may save your design and place the order only when you are fully satisfied with it. If you are not comfortable using our design interface, feel free to email us anytime, we offer free support.

We will engrave exactly according to the text and images you submit. Minor natural texture variations on wood or stainless steel are normal for handcrafted custom products.

Production takes up to 15 business days, plus shipping transit time. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

You may contact us for changes within 24 hours after purchase. Once production begins, engraving content cannot be modified. Personalized engraved items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit.

Please send photos of the damaged product and packaging to us within 7 days after delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.
