These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to, and use of, our website, and all orders for custom engraved products you place with us. By visiting our website, browsing our products, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use this website.

All transactions are governed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

2. Products & Custom Engraving
All goods sold on this site are made-to-order, personalized custom engraved products.
When placing an order, you are fully responsible for verifying all custom content you submit, including names, text spelling, punctuation, dates, layout and uploaded images.
We will engrave or print exactly the text, graphics and content you enter at checkout.
We are NOT liable for customer-submitted typos, misspellings, wrong names, incorrect dates or layout mistakes. Only errors caused directly by our production team will qualify for rework or remedy.
You warrant and guarantee that all text, photos, graphics, logos and artwork you submit for engraving do not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right or any other third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to fully indemnify us for any claims, damages or legal costs arising from content you upload.
We reserve the right to refuse production of any custom content that is offensive, illegal, obscene, threatening, or violates third-party rights.

3. Pricing, Tax & Payment
All product prices displayed on the website are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
Product prices do not include shipping fees, delivery surcharges, customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees for international shipments. Import duties and local taxes for cross-border delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Payment will be charged in full at the time you submit your order.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, typographical mistakes on the website. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Order Cancellation & Modification
For custom made-to-order engraved items:
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified or changed.
If you request cancellation or edit your order before production starts, we may approve the change at our sole discretion, and modification fees may apply.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to suspicious payment, invalid shipping address, prohibited custom content, out-of-stock raw materials. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery
All production time and delivery timelines are estimates only, detailed within our separate Shipping Policy page.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather, natural disasters, supply shortages or other events outside our control are not our responsibility.
Risk of loss and damage to goods transfers to you once the parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
Return and refund rules are fully defined in our separate Returns & Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.
Custom personalized engraved products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is manufacturing defect or engraving mistake made by our production side. Simple change of mind, dislike of style, or customer input errors do not qualify for refund or remake.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content including photographs, product images, written text, graphic design, logo, layout and branding on https://finaltrove.com is the intellectual property of FinalEmbr LLC.
You may not copy, download, reproduce, redistribute or reuse any of our website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Website Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, damage the website or server;
- Use bots, scrapers to harvest customer data or website content;
- Submit false, fraudulent payment information or fake shipping details.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Wyoming law, FinalEmbr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of business arising from your order or website use.
Our total maximum liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order.

10. Third Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over those external sites, and we do not take responsibility for their content, privacy policies or services. Visiting third-party links is at your own risk.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time if we believe you violate these Terms.
