Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Most of our products are personalized and made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be designed, produced, and prepared for shipment.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Shipping Time
After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery to the United States is 7–15 business days.
The total estimated time from placing your order to receiving it is approximately 10–22 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak shopping seasons, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become available or update after shipment.
Fulfillment
Orders may be produced and shipped through our trusted production and logistics partners. Depending on the items ordered, products from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping Address
Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us. We will assist you in checking the shipment with the carrier.
Please allow a few additional business days during holidays and peak shopping periods.
